collection HIGH-RISE 2020

Like a sleepy lighthouse, The High-Rise stands alone on the horizon, waiting for someone to bring life and light to its corridors. That light should travel from floor to floor, from wall to wall, to reach every window. To emerge and then disappear, to shine unexpectedly on the other side, before it falls asleep again…
This is an invitation to the dance under the veil of night, complemented by an intriguing charm of infinite changeability.

The High-Rise No2 Table Lamp

The High-Rise No2 Table Lamp (2020) consists of a wooden stand base, a central wooden pole with vertically installed light and two wooden segments. Each segment can be rotated to the left or to the right except the first one from below, and each has an opening that emmits light. If we move a segment slightly to one side or the other, the light will be obscured by it, and if we turn the full part of the segment over the light source then we will see only the rich structure of the wood and that part will remain in the shadow.

Therefore, each segment becomes a mechanical light potentiometer for itself.

With this option to move segments independently on both sides, we achieve many different combinations and it looks like the light is coming through a window

of an apartment. Thus, the lamp begins to resemble a high-rise that has lights on or off in flats on different floors. Also, there is a touch switch on the top of the wooden pole with the option to change the light intensity.

The High-Rise No8 Floor Lamp (2019) consists of a metal stand base, a central wooden pole with vertically installed light and eight wooden segments. Each segment can be rotated to the left or to the right, and each has an opening that emmits light. If we move a segment slightly to one side or the other, the light will be obscured by it, and if we turn the full part of the segment over the light source then we will see only the rich structure of the wood and that part will remain in the shadow.

of an apartment. Thus, the lamp begins to resemble a high-rise that has lights on or off in flats on different floors.

Unlike The High-Rise No8 Floor Lamp, the central pole is visible above the last segment, which has a touch switch on the top with the option to change the light intensity.
